Reaching a peak with Ascent

ADVENTURE coaching company Ascent has created a customised weekend away for senior professionals.

Financial services managing directors, chief executives and partners who feel they do not receive the same career development options as their employees have been invited to join other senior professionals on a personal development weekend, staying at a four-star hotel in Llangollen, north Wales, with day treks up Mount Snowdon.

Peter Freeth, a coach with Ascent, said "The programme is unique because of the way we use the mountain as a metaphor for the goal so as the participants climb the mountain, we reflect back their behaviour and attitudes towards their goals. People have gone through a transformation as a result."
